Program Development & Implementation
My experience includes the design and execution of staff development and training. As a health care consultant, I have collaborated with Florida Hospital, North Shore University Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, NYU Winthrop Hospital, as well as designing and implementing student, volunteer, and patient/family initiatives. A research project, the Strategic Use of Music, explored the positive impact music can have on encouraging cooperation in dementia patients and easing caregiver burden. The results of this research have been presented for community, academic, and professional audiences as a guideline for caregiver use.

Marketing & Promotion
For over 15 years, I owned and managed a marketing promotion and event management company, Event Momentum. A majority of our event business was focused on medical meeting management. My experience has given me the ability to identify needs, solve problems, and prioritize goals.
